Active Release Techniques (ART)
ART is a state-of-the-art manual therapy technique. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.
McKenzie-Based Treatment
The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) for assessing and treating spinal and limb pain has been a core component of physical therapy for over 30 years. It is a movement-oriented approach that empowers the patient to help themselves in the short and long term.

A hands-on technique that can improve joint alignment and decrease irritation, and allow for improved strength, quality of movement, and less pain with movement.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio Taping (or K-Taping) facilitates the body’s natural healing process by giving support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting range of motion.

Running Gait Analysis & Correction
Improper running gait can cause issues ranging from slower speed and more fatigue, to foot, leg, and back pain. Using advanced video equipment we can analyze gait from multiple angles, and then evaluate and correct running form through a variety of techniques.
Postural Analysis
Poor posture is one of the most common causes of pain and injury. We can help determine what is causing your pain and perform adjustments to alleviate it. Typically, only minor adjustments are needed to help significantly improve your posture and keep you on top of your game.
Pre- & Post-Race Training & Rehab
Whether you are trying to make it to the starting line or need help recovering after the finish, we can assess and treat your injuries. We have worked with amateur athletes, weekend warriors, as well as professionals to help them achieve their goals.
Primary Care Injury Evaluation
Doctors of physical therapy are trained as autonomous practitioners in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We are able to evaluate you and recommend treatment, including referral to other medical professionals when necessary.
Dry Needling
Dry needling uses sterile, thin monofilament needles to relieve pain from tight or spasming muscles, improve circulation, and reduce swelling. Pain relief and functional improvement are often immediate.
